Ok guys.. here's where I am at: I can buy a 2004 X5 4.4 Black/Beige pretty loaded, MSRP $62,200 (prem/spt/nav/prm sound/PDC) for about $52k, it has 4500 miles and IS CPO! or.

possible chance to buy brand new '04 4.4 with prem/spt/prem sound ONLY), $59,900.. for about the same money. It is Highland Green with Pastel Green interior.not thrilled with the Pastel, but... which one would you guys go with?

I would def. go with the Black CPO for 52k. Highland Green will depreciate much quicker. Not to mention you are saving 7k for 4500 miles and you get a great warranty.

sorry, I wrote the message a little confusing.. I can get the Highland car for about the same as the used Black one! that was my point..

I personally, would still go with the black. It has more options as well.
