I know this has been discussed much but I can't find the thread. If a repeat, my sincere apologies as I will try to be more diligent the next time.

I am wondering what kinds of deal you got for the '05 545i and with what options. I'm in the market for and would like to know. Finally, I'm looking at leasing so would like to know what kinds of lease price you got. Any help is appreciated.

I wanted to lease.... but the dealer wanted me to pay like $33,000 down payment, and then $360 a month for 36 months.

I said forget that, and bought it instead.

You can lease an 05 545 sport 6-speed with premium sound, coldweather package, sport package for $815/mo. for 36 months with $4350 out of pocket(incl. MV fees, acquisition fees, taxes upfront, 1st mo. payment) in the NY/NJ area. I've spoken to about 9 dealers in this area and that was probably the best price. The other dealers were anywhere from $10-$30 more per month. Throw in navigation and add $20/month to the lease price. If you want to know what dealers I spoke to, I'll be happy to share the info...

That's about right.. i just bought one and they were offering me $775 with $5000 down 36 months, pretty much everything but navigation and voice activation.

I lease all my vehicles through Leasecompare.com. It's a great site to compare different lease options for the BMW's. You'll get a better lease package there than through BMW Finance.
