Use Zaino on my TiAg 04 325xi. Had put a coat of Z-2 on few weeks ago. Needed a wash and was too cold out so I tried a hand-wash place which left me swirled
Comments on best way to approach this? Will Zaino get me out of this(Z1-Z5)?

PC with a polish like Menzerna. Depending upon the severity, I'd start with a light polish and if that doesn't work go with something a little more abrasive.

Lessons learned, but I never let anyone wash my car but me. Handwashing done wrong can be just as damaging as a machine wash.

porter cable random orbital polisher with Griot's machine polishes should do the trick. Also, clay bar plus/minus P21 paint cleanser

Is the PC essential or can I get rid of the swirls with hand(clay, 3M swirl remover, etc.)?

The PC makes a tough job very easy.

I guess I'm a little nervous about using the PC.

I guess I'm a little nervous about using the PC.Start working it on speed setting #1, and read this first. http://autopia.org/kb/index.php?page=index_v2&id=38&c=root

I guess I'm a little nervous about using the PC.I too was nervous about using the PC, but I took the RKT BMR detailing course and got over my fears.

Using Griot's #3 polish (the mildest), it's pretty hard to do any damage to the paint. Even with the PC running at 5, there wasn't a problem in getting the job done. Just make sure to clay the car after you wash it first so you aren't using the PC to rub existing contaminants deep into the paint.
