took us through some smooth country two lane highways. We met at Burger King on a misty early Saturday morning on SH242 a few miles north of The Woodlands. We drove through Montgomery, Decus, Apolonia, Anderson, Plantersville, Mostyn, Ventura, Oklahoma, Hufsmith, and finally back to The Woodlands to have lunch at Apenhaus. There were about 30 cars and 45 people. It was unusual to see 9 Z3s plus one M coupe, one M roadster and 1 Z8 in this group. The highlight of the drive was to see the exotic animals, and for me, the delapidated houses in this area, kind of different to see "country". The final stop was at Apenhaus, which had a great lunch menu at a very reasonable price. There were a total of 30 cars and about 45 people who went on the 9:30 am drive. The total distance was 120.3 miles, which lasted about 3.5 hours. Here are pictures of the drive.
