Hello everyone. I have some rock chips that are on the hood of our Oxford Green X5. Anyway most of them are down to the primer. I also have three small scratches where my dog jump up on the car when I pulled in to the drive way. The look like the kind of scratches you would get when your car gets keyed. Anyway this is my plan of attack for the chips on the hood.

Fill in the chips with thin layers of paint with tooth pic.
Let it cure over night.
Take the 1600 grit sand paper (On eraser hear + dipping in water) to the chip
Then 2000.

Now this is where I have some questions I only have SFX-2 and 3 Sonus Pads and Polish.
Could I start with the seconded polish and go to 3? I know none of those polishes are the "cutting" polishes. Should I do the polishing by hand or use my PC? I am planning on polishing the whole car with SFX-3. I will take pictures of both the scratches when I get home. When I am polishing the car I am a little confused at how much product to use. Should I put more product on the pads for each panel of the car I do? What about Klasse?
Thanks,
David
