i am in need of a clutch. I can get a good deal on a exedy stage one. I need to know if that is a good clutch or not. And what do must of u guys use for clutchs for anyone that has needed to change it.
Also. Is a lightnened flywheel, any benefit for a street driven, and ocasionally tracked car.
Thanks a lot for your help!

i can't help you with the clutch at all. but a lightened flywheel in theory should improve the acceleration and response of the vehicle...i.e make the engine freer revving, as it is a reduction in rotating mass...

What kind of car do you have?
A decent quality light flywheel that's made for the given application shouldn't cause any issues.

I'm selling a SACHS clutch kit on ebay right now, brand new, bought it for my car but ended up not needing it. It's been opened once to make sure everything was there and we're also including a few extra pieces (pressure plate, pilot bearing, and alignment tool) that are useful when changing the clutch. You can have the whole kit $185 shipped if you're interested. PM me if you are.
