Hello,

Has any one put E46 M3 suspension (springs and/or shocks) on 330i sedan? How does it ride?

I put E36 M3 suspension on my previous 328i sedan and it works very well. I was wondering could I do the same on my new 05 330i with sport and SMG.

Also, has any one put ZHP (performance package) suspension on sport package ones?

TIA

The E36 M3 and E36 non-M cars shared the same chassis and nearly everything else, and you could bolt about any M part on your 325 or 328

The E46 M3 and non-M are very different cars - the suspensions are not interchangable. The front is completely different - even the swaybar is different.

I've run the ZHP suspension on a 330 - you can do it, but I wouldn't bother, hardly a difference

There are actually more options for the non M E46, as all the WC teams race 325/330s. If you want a more sporting suspension, talk to Turner, or TC Kline, or Bimmerworld. They all have effective setups that will run circles around a stock E46 M3 suspension

93 325 - suspension by turner - lots of M3 parts
02 330 - suspension by TCKline - no M3 parts
