Please help... missfire

My car shakes in the morning in cold weather and the "check engine soon" light comes on...
After it warms up it woks perfect... what could be wrong...
I went to the dealer and they said it was missfire on some cylinders.... I changed the sparkplugs just 20k kilometers ago...

What could it be ???
