Hi guys, wuick question:
Got a flat today, and blew out the sidewall of one of my Nokians... :(
Anyhow, put the donut on and drove to a tire place and had another Nokian RSI put on to match the rest...
Problem is, they didn't put the chrome valve stem on to match the other 3...
Do they need to pull the tire off the rim to put the valve stem on, or can they slide the chrome stem over rubber stem?
