Hey guys (and Gals),
My '98' Z3 has some alignment problem. When I look at the passengers rear tire it is noticably pitched out at the bottom (camber, I think?). I recently looked at the tire and it is VERY worn on the inside edge, much, much more then the other tires. I have not been in a wreck, and can recall no bumps etc. that may have damaged it. I am scheduled for an alignment at the dealer, but do not want to get soaked for parts I do not need. Any ideas? How much should I pay for the alignment? What parts could be damaged? The dealer said the only way to adjust the camber is with "shims", is this true and will it work? Any insight you can give would be very helpful!
