Can you compare the tendency to tramline of the following two UHP all season tires: Pirelli P Zero Nero M+S and the Michelin Pilot XGT Z4?

I’m looking to replace my worn Michelins which I have disliked because of how much they wander about the road. From what I've read here I expect the Pirellis to be better in this regard, but I'd appreciate your opinion on this if you have one.

Thanks!

With the possible exception of the old P7000 Super Sport tires, we have not found that any UHP A/S tires have significant tramlining. I'm a bit suprised to hear you had some tramlinging with the Pilot XGT Z4 as well.

Thanks Gary! Now I feel pretty confident about the Pirelli P Zero Nero M+S's!

As for the Michelins, frankly I've long wondered whether it's my car or the tires; I did have the car aligned by a local BMW specialty shop, but it made no difference. Perhaps its time for me to find a high quality alignment/frame shop to see whether there is anything further to do.

Anybody got any suggestions? I live in the Washington, DC area? Thanks!
