I was driving home from dinner the other night and noticed my front right tire was flat after half a block. Upon inspection, and talking to the other cars that had all gotten flats on the same block, it seems some punk with too much time let the air out of our tires through the valve stem.
How can I check if the rims been damaged? I was told the tire should be fine to use if I didn't bend my rims on that half block... any advice appreciated

Best to take it to a local shop. They can dismount the tire to check for any visable damage inside of it, as well as spin the wheel to check for bends.
