I have on order an X3.

In transit date was february 3. When do you think I can expect delivery to Denver, CO?

I'm hoping to have delivery before 3/31/05 to take advantage of BMWs 2.9% retail financing. What are my chances?

TIA :)

That's almost 2 full months. Hmmm....I am out here on the left coast and I placed my order on 9/5 and took delivery 11/22. Good luck. Work with your dealer if you can.

Mine had a build date of 10DEC04 and I took delivery of it 28JAN05 - so based on my experience, your chances are good! Get the VIN # from the dealer and you can track it yourself online.

It took about 8 weeks for my delivery to the east coast.

Dealer has me a little concerned - He says because of the flooding conditions in California there's been delays in transport vehicles being able to get to Oxnard plant...
So anyone near there please shed some light on how conditions really are, please.

Southern California is pretty soggy right now. Lots of smaller road closures and traffic restrictions. Sorry it's not better news, but the closures usually don't last for too long. A couple of days here and there at most. Major highways slow down with the rain, but rarely close. If you know the route, you might check the Caltrans site for current highway conditions:

I received a 60 day lock period from March 31, 2005 to be eligible for the 2.9% financing (In my case it is 3.9% due to dealership markup) My order will not be in until early May, 2005. Congrats on your order.
