I used to hang around some other BMW board, (still do for that matter.) I was never one for voluminous or regular posts, so most of you probably don't recognize me.
Guess I'm not too caught up in the politics of the situation. Seemed like a good idea to become a member over here.
Great thread earlier today on 3 series Touring cars...clearly the finest automobile built by BMW today :) , but then again I'm awfully biased.

I think you'll like it here!
You can feel free to post your opinions here and not have to worry about constantly being flambe'd for it.
Plus we have some solid citizens over here. For starters there is.....................???????? We'll I can't think of any off-hand, but I'm sure we have one or two lurking out there somewhere.
Again, Welcome!
Welcome. This board is very friendly and the information is top-notch.

This is a "troll-free" zone so far, so the board is very friendly. :)

Upload a picture to one of the free hosting sites (I use Imagestation.com). Then type '<img src="copy the image location here">'. Don't use my ' marks - they are just for the code to stay visible here. It should work fine. Test on the Bimmer.org test forum. :D

it still made an image out of it. Let's try this again. <iNg src="image location goes here">. Now, replace my "N" in the "ing" with an "m" - if I do that here, it will try to generate an image again.

So stubborn! OK, let's try this way.
Type < . Then img src , then put without space =" . Right after insert the image location, followed by "> - there should be no spaces except in "img src".
I hope I didn't confuse you completely.:D

Beautiful automobile Cowboy. Excellent taste in cars, and I must say, in colors too.
Steel Blue is the only other color I considered when I ordered my car over a year ago. So seeing Cowboy's pictures brings back some fond memories.
But in the end, I went for the classiest color of all...Alpine White. ;) hehehe
Just in case you're still not convinced, here's a pic that I think proves it.
