Hello all, I really need your assistance i have been wanting to do a swap for awhile and finally have the money to begin. I have the chance to pick up the above named engine for a song from a friend and want to drop it in my car. My problem is/are I need to know what extra problems will be incurred with the obd II system and the fact it has a double vanos system. from what I understand the ideal swap in this price range is a 1991-1992 nonvanos m50. I have also read that the m50 if its a manual will bolt right up to my tranny, the m52tu is a auto, and I'd like to know if the bolting up was a rumor or will the autos do the same? I have about two days to let the guy know so if you could get back to me soon It would really help. Thanks. victory808@aol.com would be the fastest way thanks.
