Is it possible to get an X3 painted in Topaz Blue instead of Mystic Blue if you're ordering the car???? thanks paul

You might be able to go through BMW Individual and get that color. I think custom colors like that cost around $2500 from BMW if Im not mistaken.

Thanks, where/how do i get to BMW individual? Btw it's a BMW color -just not on the X3, or how about the X5 Lemans blue on an X3? thanks paul

After researching the topic today - I learned that TOPAZ is a discontinued BMW color and cannot be gotten, according to BMW san diego - alas

You have to contact BMW NA and also find a dealership that is will to place a BMW individual order. You can still get Topaz Blue. You can still get Avus Blue if you wanted. Both are discontinued but BMW will paint the car for you for a certain price.

Even if the X3 is built by the 3rd party in Austria, not in a BMW factory? The third party aspect seems like it would add a whole additional layer of complexity to the one-off paint job.
