headlight aiming

anybody know the proper way i might be able to aim or lets say adjust my headlights with out paying someone to do it for me.

i saw your thread and i know where the adjusting points are but what i want to know is the proceeder on adusting the headlights to the proper angle or position. my headlights seem to be aimed rather low and now that i am going to lower my car i will need to adjust the angle of the beems.

Ah. Well the proper procedure involves finding a nice big flat area with a wall to shine them against, a measuring tape, and some tape or a marker..
