Did my machanic mess up my locks?

Hey,

My automatic locks dont work on my 96 328. My machanic recently replaced the window regulator and right when I got it back the locks didn't work. He said that the driver door has nothing to do with the locks. Is there any hoses in there that could be disconnected which keeps my locks from working? I think he disconnected a hose in the drivers door which keeps my locks from working but I am not sure. Please let me know if my theory is right.

That's interesting, because I also recently had my driver's side window regulator and motor replaced. That same night I noticed my doors did not lock and unfortunately my convertible top doesn't work now either. I open the latch, press the swith and nothing happens (there is no power). I think somehow these parts are connected. It seems that something was disconnected or a switch was turned off. I also asked my mechanic and he said the same thing-that it wasn't related. But, since you have the same problem I know something is wrong. I would also appreciate any info, because I really don't want to take it to the dealer.
