I have a 95 m3 with cat removed and the check engine light came on. did scan code and it says its the cat. Any ideas?

Have my seats removed and replaced with a bucket seat, air bag lights on. scaned and said seat belt etcetc... Any ideas?

when u put the key in ignition to ON, there will be around 3 schimes right? i only have 1, any ideas?

RPM meter dies suddently while operating, then back alive and then dies again... IT happens Randomly... sometimes it works for few weeks and nothing happens... sometimes it dies and back alive simultaneously for many times.

Any inputs and 2cents is very much appreciated. THANKS A MILLION

Answer to queston number 1. Put back the Cat, why remove it? Your cat is part of your overall emission and removing it will throw your CEL.

Answer to queston number 2. Your seat harness are interconnected to the SRS system, if you unplug it, this will trip the SRS light. You will need to get a Peake SRS light reset tool or ask anyone around your area, if you can borrow it.

Answer to question number 3. Your Rpm gauge is probably heading south, its not expense to replace it with a new/used unit.
