My 325xi is due in Halifax on Jan. 13 and for delivery around the 23rd. Should i buy winters and if so tires or wheels?

Depends on how much snow you get where you live. Last year my car was perfect in snow up to 9" with the conti all-seasons...but if yo uget constant snow and ice then dedicated snow tires can only help.
