Did you know that the M6 has a weight distribution of 54:46 ? The M5 has 50:50.

I believe the non-M is closer to that. the M had some things moved around to try to get closer to 50:50, though in the end I believe it still has a front bias.

Interesting that the new car is front biased, with the all-AL front structure.

BTW, out of curiousity, when did BMW start trying to achieve 50/50 distirbution w/ their cars? I'm pretty sure that the neue-klasse generation and subsequent "shark-nose" cars all were a little nose-heavy. I'm pretty sure that the e30 was also a bit nose heavy. So, was it the e32 and e34 that started this trend? You can kind of see that the front wheels in the older cars are closer to the center of the car, and they start to get pushed forward w/ the e32, 34 and 36.
