drive belt

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the tension of the drive belts on a 1992 525i

The 95 should be an M50 and it should have serpentine belts. There is a seperate tensioner for each belt. It will either be a spring loaded unit or a hydraulic one. I know you use an allen key to relieve the tension when you have the hydraulic unit. The hole is under a plastic cover on the front of the pulley. You will need to jack the car up a bit and work from the bottom.
