For sale I have my Dinan Carbon Fiber Intake. Its in great shape. Unlike other intakes, this is functional CF; the tube only weighs a few ounces. I also have 2 filters for it(which makes maintence easy, because it takes a day for one filter to dry after washing); and the dinan sock is included as well.
They havent made this intake in 3 years, because it was too expensive to produce vs. the aluminum..So it's not easy to come by.
This intake was originally for a 2001 330ci; to fit the 2002, you will need either the dinan 2002 xenon ballast bracket, OR, you can get the m3 bracket and cover (cost about 15-20 dollars; I can supply PNs) This intake will fit other motors, however, you will need the appropriate coupler to fit the MAF unit.
