There is a front end vibration at high speeds on my 1995 525i. I put on new brakes and rotors, had new tires put on, and had the suspension checked out. Any other ideas would be apreciated.

If the shimmy is around 40 mph when you accelerate and brake, then it is probably your bushings on the control arms. I had mine replaced on my 90 525i and it did wonders.

Mine had the same problem, but ended up solved VERY EASILY. First I spent mucho dollars on control arms, etc, next they told me the tranny, but try new tires first (they were a bit worn)... So I go to the tire shop and this guy realizes right away I have aftermarket wheels, that is, not metric, therefore you need hub rings since there is about 2 mm clearance and the wheels need to be perfectly centered with the hub axis - $18.50 for the 4 wheels and problem gone!! Morale of the story: start with small stuff first, and find someone really alert!
