20 inch wheels with 5x120 bolt pattern - bolts holes too small?????

OK I ordered some 20" wheels for my 2002 745i and the bolt pattern matches up fine its just that the bolt opening on the wheels is I think 12mm and the factor bolt is 14mm.

What are my options. Wheel manufacturer said that drilling the openings is ok, it wont hurt the performance of the wheel, sales person whom I ordered them from said he will gladly take them back and give me a refund and no shipping charges.

Ok took wheels to a machine shop of a guy who just works on wheels, he did all 4 in 2 hours on his ridiculously large metal shop lathe/drill press thingie.

Took him a 14mm bolt and he got it done.
