Its the same process as getting a regular license, I know in jersey most cops don't mind but an asshole would probably make you wait for your parents to come get you. I think in jersey your not supposed to drive with it but in NY you can until 9 oclock. See if your parents would let you drive on your own with one.

i googled it and i don't fully understand it. so apply for this junior license is it avaible in NJ?.. what are they requirements? and if you get caught what will happen

I live in NY and its the same as getting a regular license you just take the 5 hour class and then schedule your road test then you've got one. They mail you your regular license when you turn 18. I had a Jr license and my first car @ 16 just don't get pulled over lol. the only difference is that it shows dj: in the class instead of :d
