Right side e39 wiper arm popped off post and is up against hood tried pushing down but won't snap down not forcing to hard the two little arm connections seem ok, what retains the arm down on that post? Does whole arm have to be replaced?

I have a 528 it sport i replaced the air bags in the rear suspention but i broke one of the black plastic keepers the hold the air line to the air bag any idea's on where to get one or a part #
