I was trolling the for sale threads looking for a new car and saw that you had finally kicked the 323 and picked up a ZHP. Nice! Hopefully I should be getting back into a Bimmer this year, but more than likely it will be an M3 (an e46 of course). Just need to find one that fits the bill.

Shad, I am hoping you can assist me. I was passing through Birmingham when my 2000 323i lost power. Now it will not stay running and the SES light is on. I am on a road trip and need to know where to bring the thing for a fair, honest diagnosis and repair. Right now it's Saturday night. I am stuck in a fleabag hotel and had the car towed to this hotel parking lot. If I can tow it one more time, where should I bring it?

I just bought a trailing arm with hub, it has about 40,000 miles on it. Do you think I should buy a new hub?
I already placed order for FCAB and RTAB. Wheel bearing is next & hub if needed.

My guy has a new VANOS housing coming in from CA next week.

I ordered the Vanos rebuild kit... I may attempt this with a friend at my house LOL.
