    I recently replaced the entire engine in my wife's '99 528i, it has everthing for the motor. The engine overheated so i would imagine it would need to be rebuilt and i'm not sure about the condition of the cylinder head. I have the injectors, engine computer, etc. you can call me if you are interested at 513-616-9720
