    Hi Palantirion -

I am getting ready to do some suspension upgrades - TC Kline coil overs and camber plates - and would like to get the Ground Control Sway Bars which I believe you and BMS helped develop for GC. The folks at GC are telling me that in order to fit the front sway bar "some chassis trimming" must done. Do you have any insight into how much and where the trimming needs to be done?

    Thanks,

    Bruce

    Earl,

I sent an e-mail to Chris regarding my Z4MC. I have a couple depressions in the fenders adjacent to the strut towers. From what I can tell, it's a result of driving on the Nurburgring--hard. I was looking at the TCKline camber plates and how they fit up inside the strut towers and thought they seem a bit narrow and perhaps not distributing the load very evenly through the tower. Do you have any symptoms similar to mine?

On another note, have you tried to mount any brake cooling plates to your front brakes? I've totally thrashed my OEM brakes and anxiously awaiting my StopTechs. I don't want to destroy my rotors within the first weekend at the ring and with slotted brakes, they are more apt to hold heat. I have some ideas on how to fabricate something, but wanted to know if you have already found or made a solution.

    Regards,
    Dave

P.S. You're welcome to stay here at my place if you ever want to make a Nurburgring visit. I don't live far from it, and we have plenty of room. I always welcome car junkies to our home.
