Eh, if I were you id not put more money into the bike you have and get a decent used bike. ...my frame/fork/bars are all carbon...this is my frame, but in pink. LOL http://www.rbaction.net/fly.aspx?lay...xid=66&cid=130 I have a diff seat, rims, components, bars...etc. ...but I really like the frame. I've also had a few Cannondales in the past, and loved them (alumnum frames tho)
I really like the ride, I tried a LOT of bikes before I decided to go with this one. ...Get a decent frame, even the Shimano Ultegra components are decent. I had more expensive components on my last bike, and saved about 1,200 on my new bike by buying less expensive components. ...You can find quite a few used Treks on ebay. ...go to a shop that sells Treks and figure out your size, so you don't get a too big/small frame. Take any extra money you ahve and buy a decent set of rims
My bike is a 2006, I still love it. Smile every time I ride her!
