    Hey Man,

I'm from Philly, too. Could use some help. Shopping a 2010 335 Convertible and trying not to get screwed. I've been working with 2 dealers. Could you help with pricing. If so, could I give you a call?

My Koni FSDs made a bigger difference than the switch from RFT to non-RFT. You don't feel that much of a difference at slow speeds (like 20 mph down a city street), but once you get over 40 mph or so, these shocks are really sweet. There is one highway bridge expansion joint (the kind with big metal teeth) I drive on often. It used to result in a big bang, both with and without RFT. Now with the Konis, it's practically silent. I think the car is still too harsh for city streets, but it's definitely way better than stock. And once you hit some good turns, they really stiffen up to give you sporty handling.

You seem to be very knowlegable on the ride characteristics of the new 3 series. I have a 2007 335i Sedan WITH SPORTS PACKAGE (18" rims) and have already swtiched to non-RFT, which made a noticiable improvement.

Will switching to the Koni FSD shocks make a SUBSTANTIAL improvement to the ride? They're very expensive and I'm not sure its worth the expense if the ride improvement is minimal.
