Just got back from a 45min ride in town. Lot's of stop & go. Took your advice and used my lower back more, I also used my legs to take the pressure off, wasn't too bad at all.
Let's see how the lower back does tomorrow.
Where do you focus the pressure, on your back, legs or both?
I have to admit, it's a fvcking blast to say the least.
