K&N filters a kind of pointless in adding power. If I was going to go that route, I would just take out the whole factory intake system and just put an AEM dryflow filter on the end of some plastic (aluminum will absorb heat from the engine) tubing and connect it to the throttle body. It's going to be a lot more free flowing, filters are easy to clean and filtration is MUCH better than K&N. As far as an ECU tune, I rather not mess with an already touchy motor through electronics.
