I seemed t be recovering but after a few days the retina detached again and I had to go back for more eye surgery on Monday.last week. They but a gas bubble in my eye and a "buckle" around it. I have to remain face down so the bubble floats upward and presses the retina against the back of the eye as it heals. Vision is returning very slowly and I won't know the final results for several weeks. This time they really beat me up. I looked like Mike Tyson punched me in the eye. I ordered a special desk that will allow me to work at a compunter while I am face down but it won't arrive till Monday. I was hoping to be at LRP for the Memorial Day Weekend but it is unlikely that I will make it.
