hey - if you aren't already working with someone at Passport, call Matt Charske. He was GREAT to work with. I paid $200 over invoice + $100 processing fee (vs. $399 in VA). I also got a $2500 credit by financing through BMW. Anyway - I bought a E90 (sedan) with premium, value, auto, nav/iDrive, xdrive and heated steering wheel...and they threw in all-season floor mats so it was really only $100 over invoice. IIRC the price w/ TTL was just north of about $41k.
The finance rate was ok - 3.9% but I'm going to refinance through my credit union soon. Essentially I saved an extra $2500 to let them give me the first loan.
Check their website - find a '10 model that you like and go for it...
