I saw your old post on your 2009 interior trim set. I have a 2008 550i (LCI) and have been struggling to get the ashtray out. Since you have taken out the trim, I was wondering if you could help? I have taken off the shifter trim, no problem. I think the vertical ashtray surround trim (the one with DTC and Parktronic switches) just pops off, but I hate to risk breaking it.
