Sorry for the delay, I didn't know I had a message.
That is the 35is rear diffuser.
The BMW website until a couple of months ago offered the M sport package on the 35i but the entire rear diffuser was black. Last time I checked the M package was only available with the white interior package on the 35i. Have a look at that on the website to see the difference.
