    my 2003 325i blew gray smoke out the exhaust when I started it today. previous codes indicate fuel mixture too lean; now code is P1344 indicating misfire during start cylinder 2. Car would not accelerater over 40 mph. Tonite it seems to be running fine. Is this all related to the MAF?
