We just returned from our 3 week trip with the new M3. What a car! I'll be posting some reports and photos soon, after I recover from the trip and catch up on some work stuff. I did the factory tour last year, and will do the museum on a future trip.

How was your pick-up? We got our M3 the week before and had some German family members w/ us - had a blast. 2nd trip to Die Welt. Did you do the Museum and factory tour?

Actually, June 10 was my third choice, after the 8th and 9th. This is my 6th ED, and I had always gotten my requested date before, but not this time. I ordered the car from Adrian a few weeks back, and he has me on a waiting list for an earlier date if there is a cancellation. My wife and I arrive on June 6, so we will have a few days to kill. Our vacation is 3 weeks, so it's not a big deal. It may work out for the best, as our son may take a summer internship job in Regensburg, so we could see him there.
