I have a 2009 335ix with all the bells and whistles and am having a problem starting the car in the a.m. It seems that when I put my foot on the brake to start the car, if the pedal is hard the car won't start. I tap the pedal a few times, it softens and goes down a bit then the car starts. Dealer is telling me I am not standing on the pedal hard enough. It happened once with the service adviser watching but he has suddenly got a case of amniesia. Has any body had this problem? My '05 and '06 never had this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
