I got my front bumper from umnitza, which I would NOT recommend bc its a total piece of ****. my rear ///M bumper is an oem one and it is way better than the replica. if you must go the replica route I would order from DDM.

I had it painted at a shop in chapel hill called Elite Autobody for $200 per bumper. they did an awesome job! A friend of mine (puttermcgavin) had his first set of bumpers painted there and was pleased so he sent me there and I was happy with the work as well. He and I installed the bumpers on my car (mostly him haha) which wasnt very complicated and can be done easily with 2 people in a couple hours.
