189 is the basic silver, so I would think the wurth paint would work - I switched to 193M wheels and they are hyper silver and very difficult to get a match, but the 189's should match well.
On my E46, I just went to autozone and took like 20 cans of silver outside and matched as best I could, ended up buying 3 cans and sparying them on something and finding one that matched. I followed the instructions and then just used some buffing compound after the paint dried to blend it and remove the overspray and you could not see the repair at all!
Rob: Read your post from yesterday re: the wheel repair (great link, thanks). You said that the kit mentioned works on most OEM 'regular silver' wheels. Do you know if that includes the 5-spoke Style 189? (I've got an '07 335i w/ZSP, same color and interior as yours).
