First off, this is a great resource and with the help of some past posts by KEIF, glgpc, pyo, mastertech to name a few, I have been able to do some repairs myself and save some $$$$$. Thanks guys I appreciate your time and expertise.

I am looking for one quick answer that I am sure is on here somewhere but I cant search through 27 pages of "BMW good will" findings. Please don't send me that "rookie" video about forum rules and behavior.

What is the most effective way to contact BMW and have them review your case for a good will repair? I have the typical tranny and ASK problems that I have documented for miles and months. I was on an extended warranty as well as the extended service plan however they just expired and these issues continue.

In the case of the ASK unit, there has been numerous "overheating" issues that have led to amplifier replacement, navigation dvd replacement, telematics replacement - all to no avail. They say that it is now the ASK unit but the symptoms are all the same? Same with the tranny, complaints since I originally owned the car and I have tried the gas pedal reset as well as have had them update the software?

I think I have a case and I wanted to know what is the most effective way to approach this? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
