Sup everyone, i am now a official sponsor on the site. let me know if you guys would like anything wrapped on your 6ers!

For some reason i don't think you guys are getting the link to my thread in the "sponsor" section... so i will just copy all the info here:

Hello everyone!

Sup guys, my names Mark Wu (Wu! Wraps) from Seattle WA & i do custom vinyl wrapping for cars, bike parts, whatever you wanna send my way! i've been doing this for over the last 3yrs now n started out working on my own stuff. i've built up a good rep & lots of local work over the years now. I've proabably worked on over 150+ BMW's and roughly 300+ projects in general. I thought this maybe the time to expand my services nationally. I've done some Craigslist ads in the past nationally with some results but i feel this is more of a "official" approach. so here i am! So here we go, just some pics of work that i've done over time, feel free to hit me up with any questions, tips, pricing, etc. that you might have about what i do & if you are attempting to do this yourself.

OUT OF STATE GUYS:

So if you want your interior trim wrapped in your vehicle but, don't wanna bother with the DIY, tried it b4 and wanted to blow your brains out, can't find a local joint to do this for you, local joints don't wanna even mess with it, local joints don't even know what the hell you want them to do (happened to me), etc etc... SEND IT TO ME! I've noticed that most of the out of state stuff that is mailed to me is from the east coast... Dunno why but that's how it's been. What i've found works best is you pull your parts, pack them up in a box that is ROOMY, and mail it out to me. If you use UPS/FEDEX buy a prepaid shipping label for the trip back home and put it in the box, this way you control shipping speed and cost. If you use USPS you will paypal me the cost of whatever shipping you choose with the cost of the job. I always ship USPS with insurance & signature confirmation!

Pricing:
when messaging me about wrapping some stuff for you please include:
1- your NAME
2- what state you from
3- YR/MK/MDL
4- what you want wrapped
5- what material you may want it done in, ie: carbon fiber black, carbon fiber white, gloss black, matte black, brushed black aluminum, zebra print, etc...

All prices are under the assumption that the material you want it wrapped in is in stock. If i need to special order a certain color for you it will be an extra $25-$50 depending on what material it is. Also prices are for guys mailing/ bringing me parts off the car. IF YOU ARE LOCAL and want me to pull all parts off car & reassemble price will be a lil bit more for that. pricing varies from car to car, some are super easy to pull, some take hours!...

here some pics of previous work i've done:

bmw e64 6series interior trim wrapped in 3m 1080 carbon fiber.

from a bmw 645ci, this is a trim the owner sent me from NY. also sent me the cup holder & steering wheel trim. came out great! will be back in the mail on Mon. this is the 8/10th job i've done for east coast guys... Wu! Wraps

bmw 645ci smoked the lights in matte smoke film. also did the amber part of the headlights. then wrapped the silver side marker accents in 3m 1080 matte black. lastly slapped on some matte black bmw roundels for the hood, trunk, and steering wheel. did the roof a couple weeks ago in 3m 1080 gloss black, still looking fresh! owner also came back with some sick 20" iforged wheels in a satin textured dark gray finish! this car is coming along FAST! owners diggin the new stealth look! Wu! Wraps

fellow EAS member in a 645ci! owner wrapped the headlights himself so i did the taillights, side markers, and revers lights on bottom of rear bumper. everything came out great! i also wrapped the chrome sidemarker trim in matte black. this is the chinese film, no brand but it works great! thicker than oracal 8300, more scratch resistant, glue is much more stickier so we applications are easier since you can squeegie all the moisture out in less passes. owner is very happy with the new look & also the big ass scratches on the front bumper that my homie knocked out! full wrap in 3m 1080 matte black vinyl & matte smoke accents on the lights. car was done at CNC in Kirkland, another collabo from Wu! Wraps & Imperial Tint! this job took us 50hrs total labor time... 3 guys total and about 2.5days of work. we disassembled as much as we needed to, bumpers, lights, handles, etc... car came out excellent! owner was stoked when he saw the car halfway done on sat, we didn't stick around for him to pick it up... thanks again to tha crew & CNC for making it happen! 2010 bmw 650i, i did the roof in gloss black last week. finished up the interior & the smoke lenses today. interior trim wrapped in 3m 1080 anthracite carbon fiber, you can see in the pics how the front armrest trims were all dinged up. very common in the bmw (the seatbelt knicks it when you take your belt off if not careful). also did light smoke on the front turnsignals, dark smoke on the sidemarkers & clear part of taillights & revers lights. lastly did the chrome accent by the sidemarker in matte black to match some of the other stuff on the car. came out great! owner is very happy with the noew look! Realism: i don't know that info. but you can always mail your parts to me. thats what a lot of guys do. taking the trim off the car is not too hard, you can drive the car without it too and everything works. let me know if your interested in this! my turnaround is usually back in the mail the next day.

sup sup, did this one today. BMW X5 interior trim wrapped with 3m 1080 brushed black! came out excellent! this is the 2nd X5 i've done, this one was a bit faster. still a nightmare removing the entire center console to unscrew the trim prior to wrapping... everything came out great tho, this job took around 5-6hrs to complete. i'm thinkin this brushed black is gonna become very popular very fast! Wu! Wraps

BMW e90 interior trim wrapped in 3m 1080 brushed black. drop off job, will have installed pics tmrw for you guys. i'm thinking this is becoming more and more popular now! barely had enough materials to finish this job! all in all came out great! job time was around 3hrs or so on this one. Wu! Wraps

Lexus IS250 interior trim wrapped in 3m 1080 anthracite carbon fiber. came out great! also did the air vents and yellow foglights in oracal 8300 yellow film. his fogs were really faded and pitted, a lil claybar and new fresh glossy vinyl makes them look a lot newer. owner is very happy with the results, this was about a 3hr job. might do more stuff on this one later. I've got to say that I am not a creative person and have hitherto valued originality over customization, but this wrap stuff has real potential and I hope I am right in saying that it is simple to revert to original if desired.

Regarding the external wraps, do they retain moisture and lead to corrosion like the old vinyl tops did?

I saw a Gallardo in matt yellow, beautiful, and I suspect it may have been a wrap.

colink: yes wraps can be removed with no damage to oem surface. as for exterior wraps its no prob. does not retain moisture underneath and lead to failure. keep in mind most hydroplane, jetski, and stuff like that usually all have vinyl graphics on them. no worries. yes the matte yellow was prob a wrap.
