Where does the limiter kick in on your 645?
Kinda sux mine came in at 255Km/h (158 MPH) and it still had good life in it. I reckon it could easily do 270-280km/h before it runs out of steam.
How's yours? |
152mph going downhill with wind at my back
|
Off the clock I'd guess it was around 165-170mph still seemed to be climbing but ran out of private road :-)

Mine says limit at 120 but ive done 140 due to not enough road

The limiter should come in at 155mph on the speedo, but remember the actual speed can be 7% lower due to the in-built ratio. All speedo's are set to read slower than actual by law (at least in the UK). Wheel size can affect the reading as well. For the record I have a GPS system which gives a significantly more accurate genuine speed reading,,,,,,, I know somethings work

My limiter is removed hence going alot quicker

My local Dinan dealer told me that with the tune and limiter removed they can reach 181MPH flat out...

My 645 hit 135 in Hawaii then felt like the computer cut back the power. It didn't feel like your typical rev cut off
