SMG 6th shift mode

I have an 03 SMG. I know sport mode,,,,and my shift button shows 6 bars but on the gauge cluster there are only 5 that light up,,,,how do I get into 6th shift mode to launch from a standstill? Or are you saying there are five, but when you put it into sport that is the 6th program?

DSC needs to be OFF to get into S6

don't need Sport Button at all for S6, or Launch Control, only need to have DSC off to access S6 which will get you to LC.
