Personal plates for an M3 - ideas?

I've held off on vanity plates for years, but with the new car coming I'm thinking about getting personal plates for it.

What do you have?
What have you seen that you like?

I'd like to stay with an M3 theme or BMW theme.

AWESOM3

I guess that's what's prevented me from doing it for so long. Would still be fun to do.

Not BMW/M3 themed...because I think it is redundant but I do love Pat Benatar:

And nothing like a screwy vanity tag to make the cop who pulls you over for speeding get even LESS in your oucrt.

By that same token, it probably wouldn't be too smart for the guy who wanted to get rid of the top end limit to have a vanity tag like this:

CNTDRV155

Hahahaha...a bout of dyslexia made me read that as:

CNTDVR

...but now I see the Sammy Hagar reference.

If you are in CA, you can't get this, but some variation may be available:

Yea between you and Jon  :D

I think I may go with AWSOM3

Of course there is AUDIH8R (Audi hater), MBH8R (Mercedez hater), EATZ911, EATZC5S (C5 Corvettes), but I really don't need some emotionally unstable audi/porsche/vette lover keying my car!

in CA if you worked in law enforcement....you could do:

M3109VC

car = M3
California Vehicle Code section for Exhibition of Speed = 23109VC

put them together you get M3109VC

only the cop who pulled you over would get it.

personally, i like plates better where everyone gets it.....

Don't tell me you don't have to pay extra for personalized plates in Florida ?????
You do in AZ. okay, the states takes it but you got my point, right ?

Correct. It costs $12/yr. in Florida.

Why pay? Because it's the only way to get a personalized license plate unless you counterfeit one, which would wind up costing more. If you don't want a personalized license plate, don't pay.

I just think of that $12 per year as my partial subsidy of some State Trooper's salary, so I can claim that I'm his boss when he nails me for going 155 mph in a 35 zone.

No, wait! I'm a geezer. He'll have really stopped me for going 25 mph in the fast lane.

too funny.
$12 is a bargain. In AZ it is @25, each year. Plus we have a hefty road tax (especially for newer cars).

in California it's $90 the first year and $45 for years after that. but most plates benifit a cause. I have the plates that benifit ocean preservation. My wife has plates the support Yosemite National Park. So, you get to make a statement and support a cause.

Yeah, I'm supporting the "Arts", whatever they are :dunno:
I just chose that plate because I liked the palm trees and sunset. Reminds me of Cali!

In 2001/2 I had one of the first "terrorist" plates. It was months before I saw another one on a car. I had no problem spending the money on the plate knowing it was going to fight terrorism.

I think this is what I'm going to get:
http://www.webs4racers.com/images/awsom3.jpg

This one is available too, but I can't get it in the terrorism plate because the terrorism plate only allows for 6 letters:
