Basket Weave or Bottle Cap Alloys?
 

Hi all,

I'm interested in your opinion on changing my bottle cap alloy rims to basket weaves on my e30 convertible.

Here's the question:

Which style looks better on the convertible and why?

I like the basket weaves..

Basketweaves definitely. But the Borbet Type B (I believe they're called) aftermarket rims look better still.

Bottlecaps! I don't like the 14" basketweaves - its too busy of rim with a lot of rubber around it. 15" or above, basketweaves look fine.

Borbet B i like better and 16". but on 15" ronal or euroweave that's the best.

Euro Basket Weave or Ronel LS for the classic look....

i like the looks of the basket weaves but five spokes look really clean on a vert. :thumbup:
