What is the best smelling aftershave/cologne?

I have a contractor working for me that douses himself in it everyday. I am convinced that it’s something cheap and icky. There must be something with a better fragrance out there…

What’s your favorite?

Clinique Happy for Men:D

Hot water and soap. Cologne is for icky foreigners who don't bathe. :thumbdwn:

I get good responses from Allure and Allure Sport.

Hard to go wrong with Chanel

(ps. gurlz like the smell of money as well)

My son (age 11 :eeps:) swears by Axe.

Fortunately, he has yet to discover the "Axe Effect" :eeps: :eeps:

I, frankly, have forgotten exactly what the "Axe Effect" is, so I do the soap and water thing. But when I need to smell nice, I usually use Versace. :bigpimp:

Actually, it smells so good.... that it kinda makes your whole morning =) I only wear it like 1/week because I am not working in an office anymore. It smells citrus like without being fruity, if that makes any sense. It doesn't smell like old man.

Major2829 09-10-2007 07:32 PM

Do men still use after-shave?

Here is my list:

Chanel Allure
Dolce & Gabana (original)
Creed
Estee Lauder Pleasures

I even like the old Halston.

Old Spice. If I'm feeling particulary fruity, Brut. And on special occasions, Mennin (sp?).

Sometimes, on days I'm not wearing cologne, people think I am. All I have on is Degree AP. It smells pretty darn good.

I was told by the SO to get rid of the Burberry Weekend. I liked it, but they didn't. :dunno:

Aqua Di Gio is a PANTY DROPPER (or in my case a Tighty Whitey Dropper) for sure. I speak from experience.;)

I still have a bottle of halston z-14.

Always liked it but seldom use it.

I think smelling of oneself and being clean is just right.
